Carolyn Germaine, Tour Manager, has created Irishbyways with guides Dave Hogan and Garry Jones to provide an intimate backroads experience throughout the region known as Connemara (northwest of Galway). Carolyn blends her passions for reconnection to the earth, poetry and the tin whistle into the tours. With training in both individual and small group spiritual guidance from the Shalem Institute in Maryland, she has found the west of Ireland to hold the key which opens the door to the mystic heart. Carolyn creates educational programs for children and adults based on avenues of soul-knowing. Her retreats, "Feast for the Soul" and "Retrieval of the Feminine Soul" continue to be offered in a variety of settings.

Victoria Widi, is Asst. Manager for Irishbyways Women's Groups. She has studied dance for over twenty years and is an accomplished fiber artist and instructor. A member of "Peace Works: Inernational Network of Dances of Universal Peace", and a mentored leader working toward certification, she is also involved in Women's Ancient Tribal Movement. Victoria teaches English as a Second Language and serves as a mentor to young girls. She is also a gourmet cook. Victoria weaves her creative energies for dance and fiber arts into women's tours, inviting travelers into jewelry making, the simplest of dance movements and other artistic expressions.

Dick Rettke, is Manager for Irish Byways Men's Groups. He has almost 40 years experience in the computer industry, the largest portion of which was as a Software Specialist (bits & bytes guy). Today those skills are applied in website consulting, design and implementation. He also has a wide and varied background in outside sales. In addition Dick is an entrepreneur, and has owned a Software Consulting firm and currently owns an international marketing company. He is a founding member of International Leadership Development, a professional development and mentorship organization. He has spoken extensively throughout the Midwest and western United States both as a new business development trainer and a motivational speaker. He has traveled the Connemara and central parts of Ireland and although he has no Irish in his blood it is in his heart.
